Happy Fall! The days are getting shorter and the trees are changing color… and I’m loving it. I’m all about apples & pumpkin sweet potato in this house.
We started off the chilly weekend with a trip to the farmers market, followed by 5+ hours in the kitchen to prepare 56 C of produce (tomatoes & bell peppers) for our freezer. We are now well stocked.

We're making English Muffins breakfast sandwiches this week too! I'm so glad to see you have a recipe for DIY English Muffins...I just bought some from the store and paid a lot for them, and was curious if they would be easy to do myself. Looks like they are!
