Menu Plan - Jan. 24

Somehow I thought this week was going to slow down!  Who was I kidding?!  Surprise new job postings warranted my attention this week, and I now have three job applications out the door, with a fourth one to go out this week!  You can say some prayers that one of these works out :)

In between all the writing of cover letters, CVs and, oh, my dissertation, we enjoyed:

(100% whole wheat + hidden fruit!)

(on wheat french bread - recipe to come!)

This week, we're enjoying:

Breakfast - Breakfast sandwiches (new), blueberries and pineapple
Dinner - Italian Sausage Soup (new), leftover wheat french bread (new)

Dinner - Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Shells, steamed broccoli

Breakfast - Pancakes and leftover crepes from freezer, blueberries
Dinner - Chicken Tuscana (new), brown rice, mixed veggies

Breakfast - Granola
Dinner - Italian Wedding Soup (new), no-knead fococcia bread

Breakfast - Whole Wheat English Muffins (new), cherry jam
Dinner - Leftovers

Breakfast - Mushroom and Asparagus Quiche (making my own crust!)

Breakfast - Whole Wheat English Muffins (new), blueberry spread
Dinner - Zuppa Tuscana (new), leftover fococcia bread

What's on your menu this week?  If you're still looking for ideas, stop by Laura's place!

  1. I am doing very well with my menu planning. Saved lots of trips to the store, and money. This week though, all leftovers from the party =-)

  2. Will be praying you get a job soon! I totally need to try those dark chocolate healthy brownies. I love dark chocolate!

  3. Good luck on the job I hope one of them works out perfectly! Your menu looks great as always!

  4. I'll be praying for you, hope a job comes up soon. The crockpot philly looks interesting. Can't wait to see pictures!

  5. Wow. Even during a busy busy week you were still able to do all of that cooking! I am so impressed. Praying for your job prospects.

  6. I love the idea of whole wheat crepes! Fantastic.

Thanks for stopping by! I'd love to hear from you; especially how you're finding JOY in your kitchen.
