Menu Plan - Jan. 24

Somehow I thought this week was going to slow down!  Who was I kidding?!  Surprise new job postings warranted my attention this week, and I now have three job applications out the door, with a fourth one to go out this week!  You can say some prayers that one of these works out :)

In between all the writing of cover letters, CVs and, oh, my dissertation, we enjoyed:

(100% whole wheat + hidden fruit!)

(on wheat french bread - recipe to come!)

This week, we're enjoying:

Sunday
Breakfast - Breakfast sandwiches (new), blueberries and pineapple
Dinner - Italian Sausage Soup (new), leftover wheat french bread (new)

Monday
Dinner - Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Shells, steamed broccoli

Tuesday
Breakfast - Pancakes and leftover crepes from freezer, blueberries
Dinner - Chicken Tuscana (new), brown rice, mixed veggies

Wednesday
Breakfast - Granola
Dinner - Italian Wedding Soup (new), no-knead fococcia bread

Thursday
Breakfast - Whole Wheat English Muffins (new), cherry jam
Dinner - Leftovers

Friday
Breakfast - Mushroom and Asparagus Quiche (making my own crust!)

Saturday
Breakfast - Whole Wheat English Muffins (new), blueberry spread
