Menu Plan - November 14

Oh... we're getting closer to the holidays!  And, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!  Saturday was a winter wonderland -- snowed all day long and we accumulated around 7 inches at our house.

At one point, we thought a tree in our back yard was going to snap off under the weight of the heavy wet snow... but, our birch tree is still standing strong.

Over the weekend, we planned our Thanksgiving Day menu -- many of the recipes on our menu were the recipes I highlighted last week in our Healthy and Easy Thanksgiving series.

During this past week, we enjoyed:

{This is our new favorite soup!!}

Colorful Chicken Linguini
{new}

Gingerbread Muffins

  6. Wow! That's a lot of snow. It's been in the high 60s/low 70s around here lately and that doesn't look to be changing.

    I like snow, but 7 inches would completely shut down my city for days! Which is what happens when you live in the south and no one knows what to do with snow besides freak out. :)
