Menu Plan - November 21



Last week, our dining room table was filled with:

{oatmeal cinnamon -- yum, yum!}







Pulled Pork Fajitas {new}













Thanksgiving is almost here -- and, our kitchen is done just in time to break it in this week!  I'll be working ahead this week to prepare for Turkey-Day, and hopefully then the holiday will be an enjoyable day of cooking!

Sunday
D - Early Thanksgiving dinner with G&G!
Dessert - Pumpkin Cobbler {new}
{To Do: Make Granola Bars}

Monday
B - Leftover pancakes
{To Do: Make a loaf of bread, make molasses crinkles, make wild rice}

Tuesday
B - Pumpkin Spice Granola, craisins
D - Pepper and Spinach Pizza, mixed veggies
{To Do: Make cream soup, set bread out for stuffing, make bagels}

Wednesday
D - Leftovers {i.e., make sure the fridge has room for all those leftovers!!}
{To Do: Pick up turkey, assemble breakfast; make onion/celery mix for stuffing}

Thursday - THANKSGIVING!
D - Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner {menu and cooking timeline on Tuesday morning}

Friday - Holiday Decorating and Baking Day!!
B - Leftover Bagels
D - Hot Turkey Sandwiches, leftovers
{To Do: Overnight broth -- in crockpot}

Saturday
B - TBD
