Menu Plan - March 14

Spring break went by like a flash of lightning last week!  Maybe that was because I was gone for 5 days visiting my family and interviewing for a job!!  It was a really fun week... but, that left Frog Prince on his own for a few days.

Frog Prince managed to make a few new dishes this week on his own:  (1) Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Pancakes, and (2) Creamy Broccoli Potato Soup.  He said they were quite good, but I wasn't here to provide my opinion.

We also enjoyed:

(aka, spring break pancakes)

Very Veggie Omelet
