Menu Plan - February 6

This week, I learned a lot from you about how you menu plan.  Some of you pick out a bunch of meals for the week that you know you have all the ingredients for and then select a meal each night.  Others of you plan a dinner on a specific day.  Some of you even plan all three meals and snacks.  Either way, I heard that you love menu planning because it saves you time and money.  I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about what's working in your kitchen.  Thanks.

Here's what we ate last week:

Spinach Chicken Mushroom Quiche
{new}

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars
{new}

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
{a favorite!}

Copy-Cat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup
{new}

Homemade Pizza

This week, we have some exciting things coming up.  First, you have a chance to win some books all about kitchen organizing, and second, we'll be celebrating my birthday this week.  I have a fun opportunity for you that I'm really excited about. Finally, since Valentine's Day is just around the corner, we'll be talking how to make romantic meals at home this year.  Hope you'll join us for this fun week.
